The short answer
Check your sale or lease agreement first, because a dish may count as a fixture that stays with the property. If you remove it, have the holes sealed so the roof or wall doesn’t leak. If you leave it, tell the buyer or landlord, because the dish will need re-aligning for their decoder. This isn’t legal advice.
A dish bolted to the roof may be treated as a fixture rather than something you can take. Read the sale agreement or lease, and ask your agent or attorney if you aren’t sure. Put whatever you decide in writing.
A buyer’s decoder may need a different LNB, and the dish will need re-aligning. Tell them the dish is old if it is. A dish in poor condition can be a cost, not a bonus. See taking your dish and decoder with you.
If the bracket is in good condition it can often be reused. Check it for rust and a firm mount before you move it.
It can be. Check your sale or lease agreement, and take advice if unsure.
